Shipping & Delivery
WonderE.com will  pay for FREE Ground shipping for every order valued over $500 via UPS or USPS depending on the order. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured . Orders outside the 48 continental States require Second Day or Next Day Air service. APO or FPO address requires United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. All items are shipped insured. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days. 
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at http://www.ups.com. 

For your security, your order may require an authorized signature upon delivery. Please be sure to have your order shipped to an address where an adult is available to sign upon delivery.

WonderE.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

We request information on our order form including contact, billing, shipping and verification information. This information is used for order, billing and verification purposes only! If we have difficulty processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. WonderE.com takes every precaution to protect our users' information against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and off-line.

All information is fully protected by SSL encryption technology. Credit card information is retained only as long as necessary to process your transaction after which time your credit card number and verification information are removed from our server.


Returns & Replacements

All products purchased from WonderE.com may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date of delivery. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

We cannot accept the return of any product that has been worn or used . It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

Please note:If a package has been refused and sent back to us, it is considered a return and may be subject to a standard shipping deduction. In such cases, we will attempt to contact the buyer for up to three days following our receipt of the package. If the buyer cannot be reached within that time, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the standard shipping deduction of $9.95. In the event that a product valued at $1000 or above is returned to us, and an alternate delivery address is required for reshipment, the order will be subject to additional verification.

All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization Number (RA#) . This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. An item returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused. Your item must be returned within 10 days from the date that the RA# is assigned. Any items received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Special Orders, and items shipped to an address outside of the United States are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

WonderE.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 2 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program.


Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product. WonderE.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from WonderE.com. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

 No wristwatch is truly waterproof. Watches are resistant to water under certain specific conditions. If you use your watch within the water resistance limits specific by the manufacturer, you should get many years of dependable service from it. 

To avoid damage to a diving watch, always be certain that the crown and case are locked or screwed down before submerging the watch in water. In addition, to prevent corrosion of sensitive watch materials, always clean the watch with freshwater after submerging in saltwater.  WonderE.com's warranty doesn't cover watch batteries, however, we do offer up to a 2 month battery replacement. 

Ordering
Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed within 24 Hours provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 1:30 PM EST will ship in 24 Hours, please review our “Payment Methods” section below and double check product availability with WonderE.com customer service. After hour, weekend, and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact WonderE.com  as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. 


Payment, Pricing & Promotions
WonderE.com will accept payments via the following methods; credit card, money order, cashier's check, certified bank check, wire transfer, Paypal, Google Checkout. WonderE.com highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card or wire transfer for security purposes.

Items shipped within New York State ONLY are charged with 8.875% sales tax. Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York State.

Please Note: Certified and Personal checks, as well as Money Orders require up to 10 days for processing.

Please provide us with your billing address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer

Orders may be subject to WonderE.com verification procedure. For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax.

Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers.

Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Wondere.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to WonderE.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.

If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

If you receive a "declined" error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. WonderE.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank's online authorization system. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order the item online again and proceed to checkout.

WonderE.com reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.

WonderE.com accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Wondere.com will deduct 3% off your order total if a wire transfer is used for payment. Wire transfer orders cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. Wondere.com usually receives domestic wire transfers the same business day; international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. Please contact WonderE.com after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will be shipped.

Since customs policies vary widely from country to country and are constantly changing, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this estimate, so please contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the amount that you paid for your product on the invoice included with the shipment. Sorry, we cannot declare the watch as a gift when shipping.
